Story Review

There Will Come Soft Rains is an interesting story. So interesting, in fact, that after I read it I struggled come up with anything to say about it. I looked up the meaning of the story after i finished and it made a lot more sense. In the long stretch of things, mankind is almost meaningless: to our planet, our galaxy, our universe, it could all move on without us, as if we were never there. We create our meaning with one another.

The Veldt was to put it lightly, dark. Though it goes to show the dangers of spoiling your children so much that they get infested in their things and lose track of their feelings for you. Again, a strange story, but in a strange way, I liked it more than the other one.
